

Terms & Conditions

1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern the registration, purchase, and participation of delegate tickets for the Borneo Pipeline Conference (“Conference”), organized by Persatuan Pakar Saluran Paip (“Organizer”).
By registering via the official conference website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Registration & Payment
All registrations must be completed through the official platform. Delegate passes are confirmed only upon full payment.
Payments are subject to authorization by the issuing bank. The Organizer is not liable for failed or delayed transactions.
3. Ticket Categories & Validity
Single Early Bird (valid until 5 June 2026, 11:59 PM GMT+8), Single Standard, Group Early Bird (5 Passes), and Group Standard (5 Passes).
All categories are subject to availability and may be modified at the Organizer’s discretion.
4. Cancellation, Refund & Substitution
Strict No Refund Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable.
No-shows are not entitled to refunds. Substitution is allowed with prior approval.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Conference (including program, speakers, venue, etc.).
In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be provided. In the case of postponement or modification, delegates will be offered a refund option at the Organizer’s discretion.
5. Event Format
The Conference is conducted in-person only. Delegates are responsible for travel and accommodation.
6. Comments & Feedback
All feedback shall be directed to info@borneopipelineconference.com and enquiries@borneopipelineconference.com.
Users must not submit unlawful, abusive, or rights-violating content and are solely responsible for submissions.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials remain the intellectual property of the Organizer or the speakers. No reproduction without consent.
8. Photography & Media
Delegates consent to photography and recording for promotional use.
9. Liability & Indemnity
The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damages. Delegates agree to indemnify the Organizer.
10. Data Protection (PDPA)
All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Malaysia.
Data will be used for event management, communication, and related purposes only.
11. Termination
The Organizer may terminate participation for breach of terms without refund.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
