Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs all registrations, ticket purchases, sponsorships, and exhibition bookings for the Borneo Pipeline Conference (“BPC”), organised by Persatuan Pakar Saluran Paip (PPSP) (“Organiser”). By completing registration or making payment, all participants agree to be bound by this Policy.

2. General Policy (Strict No-Refund Basis)

All registrations and payments made for BPC are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable (unless approved), and non-deferrable to future events.

3. No Cancellation by Participants

​

Once a registration or booking is confirmed, cancellations by participants are not permitted and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Substitution Policy

​

The Organiser may allow substitution of delegates at its sole discretion, subject to written request submitted to enquiries@borneopipelineconference.com prior to the event and administrative approval.

5. Event Modification or Cancellation by Organiser

​

The Organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event.

In the event of cancellation, participants may receive a full refund or transfer to a rescheduled event. No refunds will be issued for program or schedule changes.

6. Force Majeure

​

The Organiser shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. Refunds or credits will be at the Organizer’s discretion.

7. Refund Processing

​

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days to the original payment method. Transaction fees may be deducted.

8. Limitation of Liability

​

The Organiser shall not be responsible for any travel, accommodation, or personal expenses incurred. Participants are advised to obtain travel insurance.

9. Communication

​

All enquiries must be directed to enquiries@borneopipelineconference.com. No other communication channels will be recognized.

10. Policy Updates

​

The Organiser reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. The latest version will be published on the official website.
